Biotex has a wide variety of innovative chemical solutions for pre- treatment and finishing of fabrics. Biotex keeps efficiency and sustainability at the center of all their operations. Having a wide variety of products such as Formaldehyde free resins, Silicone Polymers, Emulsions and Fluorocarbon emulsions. High quality chemicals for processing and finishing have been provided to textile and other related industries for more than 22 years.

1. Bioguard Zero

Fluorine and PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid) free water repellency agent.
Bluesign, ZDHC Level 3 and GOTS Approved
Improves Wash Durability of fabric
Breathable fabric because of the treatment
Great compatibility with other textile auxiliaries
No residue found on rollers and goods
Can be used with Polyester Woven, Cotton Woven, and Polyamide woven fabrics

2. Jet Black N

Color Depth enhancer and intensifier
Provides ultra soft finish
Finishing agent for deep color effect for all fabric types
Ultra deep shades could be achieved with darker colors
Improves Rubbing, Washing and Light fastness
Compatible with most industry softeners

3. Biocon CRO 100 N

Wet Rubbing improver
Blends with cellulose to improve fastness properties of the fabric
Doesn’t use harmful chemistry or interfere with fabric construction
Achieves permanent rubbing fastness especially for dyed and printed goods. Is completely Formaldehyde free
Can be applied with exhaust and pad dyeing
Easily soluble in cold water

4. Flameguard CP 90 LF

Excellent flame retardancy for cotton fabrics
Polyester Cotton can also be treated with Flameguard
Provides permanent flame resistance, Improves washability to 40-50 washes
Encourages good hand feel of fabric
Made with extremely low formaldehyde
High heat stability and extremely non toxic on skin
